A local training was carried out in Gijón to strengthen the ability of sport organization members to implement sustainability and good governance practices. The six-day program included practical sessions and daily evaluations, allowing participants to reflect on what they learned and how to apply it within their organizations. This training provided a valuable space for skill-building and thoughtful discussion on responsible sport management at the community level.
