A final International Conference was implemented at the international level and hosted by ECO-LOGIC, with the purposes of presenting the final project deliverables and results to GAIA’s target groups, stakeholders and policy-makers at the EU level. The IC coincided with the launch event of both the SSG Chart and the GAIA Network. The IC involved partners, participants to the participatory phase, the Stakeholders Committee, other stakeholders (sport organisations, environmental organisations, NGOs working on the SDGs, etc) for the presentation of the final version of the Chart and the official ratification by the sport organisation represented by participants in the participatory phase, as well as all other organisations interested in joining the GAIA Network. The audience was of 60 pax. from the above-mentioned categories. The event was open to the public and lasted 1 full day of activity, with the following agenda:
1) Presentation of the project and of the Consortium.
2) Introduction to the activities implemented and the deliverables produced.
3) Presentation of the Sustainable Sport Governance Chart and the GAIA Network.
4) Ratification of the Chart and adhesion to the Network.
5) Presentation of follow-up project ideas and activities.
6) Official closing and evaluation
